If you do not wish to use the online proxy forms, you may download, complete and submit one Form of Proxy for the applicable Court Meeting (depending on whether you are Class A, Class B or Class C) and one Form of Proxy for the General Meeting. Completed forms of proxy must be submitted via email to republic@seedrs.com.
